I was hesitant to post this track - purely on the basis of how much she has irritated me recently. If you haven't unfollowed her on twitter yet, you'll see that there isn't a tweet that goes by where she doesn't either unnecessarily attack somebody (it was the turn of Shystie and Rita Ora this week and Diplo not long ago), or put herself on a pedestal much higher than the little stool she's currently still on... (still riding on the back of 212)
These smaller girls are worried about me not topping "212" when they'll never even HAVE a song as important as "212,"

Now don't get me wrong, Yung Rapunxel isn't a bad song. It's actually really good. I did prefer the direction she headed in with the NYC/Vogue sounds of the 1991 EP more so than the Fantasea Mixtape however. I do have to say though, that this is certainly not the 'game changer' that she banged on about it being for months and months - and the artwork is not as crazy and sickening as I think she'd like it be, it's actually quite average.
Let's just hope for her sake that the album (eventually) lives up to the hype that she has created for it, after multiple push backs and delays, I think it best be mindblowing, or she'll flop harder than Bionic (sorry). But then again, maybe that'd be for the best, to know her down a few pegs...
