The half hour mix is being released in the lead up to volume 1 of his new music mini-series Quantum Physical. Volume 1 will be released this September, with lead single Hang On 2 Your Love released shortly before that.

It's such a cohesive piece of work, and I can definitely see it remaining high up in my summer playlist. Today, Jamie Crewe released his video for the album opener - Men's Feelings and it's superbly shot, featuring Crewe in various outfits. Werk it.

Hard Candy have just dropped another mix - Spring Spring - in their Hard Candy X series; this time from German producer LO. It's perfect for springtime and nice for nearing the end of the week. Syron is a 19 year old singer-songwriter from South London. In less than a year she has been mentioned in iD magazine as one of '2012s Coolest Females', and blogged about by the XX. Her voice is similar to those of Katy B and Jessie Ware, both also South Londoners. Here is due for release in March, along with a remix EP. You may also recognise her from Tensnake's latest single, Mainline.

Since releasing his Destiny's Child, 'Say My Name' remix last year, Cyril Hahn has rocketed to success, being signed to the same record label as Jessie Ware and Disclosure. His smooth house takes on classic songs has gone down well across Europe as well as the US and Canada. A huge thanks is owed to Annie Mac for hearing him and bringing him to BBC Radio 1.

New musical project from Scissor Sister's member, Del Marquis and New York vocalist Xavier: Tickle Mixtape. You can listen to one of the tracks, 'Say Ooh Damn' over at Idolator. 

We asked Del what his inspiration for “Say Ooh Damn” was, and, well, he didn’t really mince words: “Oh, lord, I won’t even skirt the issue — the song is about smoking weed and fucking from night till morning. The euphoria of sex.”
